Excellence in Search marked its 15 year anniversary of exemplary service in March 2008!

Started in 1993 in Cleveland, Ohio, Excellence in Search began due to the culmination of eight years of frustration and disappointment in the recruiting industry. Values inherent to EIS ownership were not reflected in the operation of the majority of staffing firms. Most focused primarily on sales, not people. The owners of EIS desired a company that offered not only the same professional services as others, but one that would be sought out as a trusted advisor in the hiring process. Excellence in Search, Inc. was built out of an Industrial/ Organizational Psychology mentality, not a Sales mentality. It is our goal to understand a person’s motivation, skills, limitations, and personality in order to provide better career placements. The evidence of this is seen in the fact that 85% of our people, placed in the past 15 years, are still with their original companies today.
