• Providing direction to effectively source the best candidates (e.g.: employee referral programs, advertising, job fairs, etc.)
• Conducting phone screens on qualified candidates
• Fielding all calls from outside vendors
• Forwarding resumes to appropriate managers including sufficient information for an informed decision
• Scheduling interviews and interview preparations
• Debriefing of candidates
• Assisting with data integration and mediate interviewing team discussions
• Making job offers contingent upon organizational employment criteria
• Sending correspondence to candidate pool to inform them of the hiring decision(optional)
