1. What happens if we want to hire one of your consultants full-time?
If you are awed by the contractor and what he/she brings to your company, and you weren’t
intentionally planning to permanently hire him/her, we can certainly negotiate a direct hire.
Our direct hire fee is 30% of the hired candidate's first year gross compensation.
The following tiered discount is given, determined by and dependent upon the length of time
the consultant has provided services:
After 3 months of service, client pays 75% of direct hire fee
After 6 months of service, client pays 50% of direct hire fee
At 9 months of services and beyond, client pays 25% of direct hire fee.
2. How does Exodus Integrity Services recruit its consultants and contractors?
Exodus Integrity Services maintains 10,000+ business relation records, incurred from our inception,
from which we recruit. Additionally, our talent acquisition specialists maintain, and continually grow,
an extensive networking system throughout our local, regional and national contacts. Our recruiting efforts
are also supplemented by utilization of our web site and postings on other sites. EIS has developed
proprietary acquisition competencies to ensure our ability to recruit the best available talent in the
marketplace.
3. What sort of screening processes do your contractors go through?
The standard screening process that a candidate goes through consists of analyzing the resume to
identify strengths, weaknesses, and developing specific questions that need to be asked.
The candidate is then contacted to verify the information on their resume and a brief description
of the client’s vacant position is given. Should the candidate and talent acquisition specialist
feel this is something of interest and worthy of further pursuit, a phone interview is conducted
based on general information questions, behavioral questions, situational scenarios, and
technical testing. Reference checks are completed after the client expresses interest in the
candidate. Background checks are performed upon hiring of the candidate.
4. How do you maintain contractor and consultant excellency?
We have a set of metrics in place allowing us to constantly work under a continuous improvement
model to ensure we meet and exceed our submittal-to-interview and interview-to-hire ratio.
We maintain a 3:1 S-to-I ratio while the national ratio is 6:1.
5. Can our company determine the length of a contract?
Sure! Contracts are designed to meet YOUR staffing needs. The contract can last as long as
you need it to. We have clients that use our contractors for several years and some who only
need them for a short project. We ask only that we’re given the approximate length of employment
at the start of your contract to provide the greatest level of efficiency in our services.
All contracts are subject to extension, and you are free to terminate the contract at any time
without penalty should your needs change, with 30 days advance notice to alleviate transition time.
6. What happens if the contractor/consultant does not work out as planned?
Occasionally, an employee does not work out or decides to move on to another assignment.
Should this happen with a contract, we will provide a replacement contractor of equal or higher
qualifications.
7. How does Exodus Integrity Services handle a situation when there is not an available
person for an assignment?
There may be a rare occasion when a candidate simply is not available to meet a company’s needs.
Should this occur, we let the employer know as soon as possible and begin implementation of
strategic partnerships to fulfill the need.
8. How can Exodus Integrity Services effectively accommodate our company when our business, culture,
and hiring needs are unique?
Just as our own company is unique in its processes, so is each of the companies we work with.
We accommodate your needs by doing all that we can in getting to know you and staying up with
changes that are occurring within your organization and your industry. Relationships are vital
to the business of staffing and recruiting. Great emphasis is put on company discovery at the
beginning of our professional relationships, as is continuous contact throughout the relationship.
The more we know you, the more we can understand you, the more we can meet your needs and
expectations – generating greater productivity and ROI for you. Should that rare occurrence
happen in which we aren’t able to accommodate your uniqueness, we’ll tell you that. Integrity is
part of our name!
9. Are the candidates background checked?
Yes. Each of our contractors, before the hiring process is complete, as well as all of our
recruiters and in-house employees, is subjected to background checks appropriate for the positions
they hold within Exodus Integrity Services. All background check processes, and our background
check provider, are legally compliant with the rules and regulations set forth by the FCRA and
all various laws pertaining to pre-employment screenings.
10. How does Exodus Integrity Services establish pay/bill rates?
Our bill rates for each job filled are competitively priced. In order to stay motivated to
complete projects and assignments, contract employees must have sufficient and comparable earnings.
Before the contractor starts work, you will always be made aware of the bill rate assigned.
11. When are my contractors eligible for benefits?
Benefits for our contractors start on the first of the month following 30 days of employment.
12. What lead-time does Exodus Integrity Services require on orders?
An order or assignment can usually be filled on a very short notice. This is due to our
vast network of 10,000+ contacts and favorable relationships. Of course, the longer the lead
time we have on a search, the better the opportunity to locate the right talent needed.
13. What kind of cost can we expect to incur utilizing the services of Exodus Integrity Services?
A contractor’s hourly rate is dependent upon his/her experience and skills, services required,
and the length of the contract. Our fee is built into an hourly rate which includes the costs
of the contractor’s salary and contract staffing fees. Each contractor presented is given
an individual quote, making it easy for you to compare contractors. Because we specialize in
IT services only, our search process is extremely efficient. This results in a cost savings
passed along to our clients.
14. Are there any up-front fees?
No. We work on a contingency basis only; therefore, you pay a fee only if you hire one of
our contractors.
15. How does Exodus Integrity Services safeguard my company’s private information?
Under no circumstances is the identity or contact information of our Client organization revealed
to our contractors until our Client expresses interest in the individual. Moreover, your company
information is stored in a secure office building and all EIS employees and contractors are
obliged to sign a confidentiality agreement that keeps this information private.
16. What are my obligations to Exodus Integrity Services as a client?
As one of Exodus Integrity Services clients, your company will be obligated to follow our privacy
and communication policies as outlined in detail in our standard service agreement. Our clients are
under absolutely no obligation to interview or hire any candidates that are presented to them.
Our clients are also obligated to pay our fees within 30 days if, and only if, a candidate is hired.
17. Does Exodus Integrity Services provide permanent placement services?
Exodus Integrity Services does directly provide permanent placement services. This is accomplished through
a strategic partnership with our sister company, Excellence in Search,
which solely provides permanent
placements. If you are interested in permanent hires, contact Pete@gotoeisinc.com
