1. What happens when I send you my resume?

Once we receive your resume, it is immediately entered into our customized databank system. Should your resume grab our attention, one of our talent acquisition specialists will contact you to discuss your background, skills, and employment desires. When you are found suitable to an assignment or position that interests you, a telephone interview will be scheduled with the talent specialist, as well as assessment testing performed. Your resume and application are then forwarded to the client. If they are interested in what you can bring to their company, you will be scheduled for a personal interview.

2. Can I send Exodus Integrity Services my resume even though there are no current job postings in my field of interest?

Absolutely! Though there may be no current postings in your field of interest or skill level, with your permission, we will enter your resume into our database. This allows us ready access to your information when an opening arises. Should a position become available that fits your skills set, you will be contacted by one of our talent specialists.

3. What are the costs of using EIS services?

There is never a charge for services provided for our candidates. We ask only that you recommend us to others if you are pleased with the service you have received.

4. Does Exodus Integrity Services work with independent contractors?
