Contract Services provided by Exodus Integrity Services are the preferred solution for
companies who need supplemental, technical resources! As needs and requests
fluctuate for your necessary projects, we’ll fill your interim void with the required,
talented professionals you desire. Exodus Integrity Services and your company will
agree upon an hourly bill rate and the terms of contract length. EIS is responsible for
all human resource functions for the contractor(s), including payroll
generation/distribution, tax withholdings, state and federal reporting requirements,
and insurance administration. Once your project is completed or the contractor is no
longer needed, we withdraw the contractor and discontinue our services for that
contract.
Contract-to-hire Services are provided by Exodus Integrity Services and are the preferred
solution for a company that intends to hire the contractor at some point in the future.
As with our Contract Services, EIS and your company will agree upon the hourly bill rate
and contract length. In addition, the following items will be negotiated and agreed upon
prior to hiring the contractor: the date upon which the contractor becomes a permanent
employee, requirements for the conversion such as the number of hours required first
as an EIS contractor, and the conversion fee. Exodus Integrity Services is responsible
for all human resource functions as listed under Contract Services.
