HERE IS WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:
Here as a Business Analyst you will focus on the customer portal, a self-service portal for clients to make payments, eventually get quotes, etc. Gather requirements, work with contractors, design the application website/content management. This is a Mid level position that will work with key business stakeholders and be responsible for the requirements gathering, business process design, development of use cases, testing, and post production support of the company wide business applications. Project management will be part of your responsibility on a limited basis and include project planning, estimating, resource allocation, software development, status reporting, and problem resolution.

- You can demonstrate a working knowledge of Business Process workflow and a general understanding of the Information Technology development process.
- You understand concepts of software development life cycle.
- Project management experience and methodology
- Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions and percentages
- Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of employees, managers, vendors, customers, and/or the general public.
- 5 years’ applicable experience (not industry specific)
- Bachelor’s Degree (any area of discipline)
- Accounting business analysis experience a plus
- Integration design
