Team Lead Identity Management

HERE IS WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:

The Team Lead of Identity Access Management will hold the primary responsibility for building, managing and driving a global Identity Access Management program that oversees user access rights through the entire lifecycle. The Team Lead will be expected to oversee and coordinate team members in various global locations, and to drive day-to-day functions such as request fulfillment, incident response, and access revocation, as well as various access related projects, processes, and initiatives. The expectation will be for the Team Lead to hold primary responsibility for the coordination of deliverables and workload for the overall Identity Access Management team, providing input on strategic and operational goals and plans to upper level management, translating strategic level initiatives of GRS as a whole into tactical activities by IAM team members, and serving as the main point of contact between the IAM team and other departments and business partners.

Experience leading a team

Experience managing day to day operations of the Identity Access Management team, including managing queues, closing tickets, handling incidents, troubleshooting with users, etc., as well as some project work (rolling new systems into our processes, performing gap analysis to identify areas we are failing at, helping with audits, etc.).

Strong organizational skills, can handle multiple initiatives/tasks at the same time, and is comfortable delegating to other team members while making sure workloads are evenly distributed.
